If I could seriously list out every bit of fabulous that related to Lauren, you would be sitting here all day with your heart just feeling so warm. People like Lauren are rare. She is SO genuine, never pushed us, and walked us through every step of the way. I casually looked at Zillow and would send Lauren listings. She was ALWAYS available to meet me at the listing to check it out. “I can't rave enough about Lauren! From the moment I contacted her to tell her about some homes we were interested in purchasing, until the day we closed & got our keys, Lauren was a complete blessing. We unfortunately, had been working in the beginning of the year with another realtor. Things  were falling through the cracks and we were being outbid constantly. I just didn't feel our realtor had our best interests at heart. In fact the day we wanted to make an offer on two homes, our original realtor wasn't responding. I knew of Lauren through a local mom group. I was connected with her almost immediately. I texted her the addresses of the two homes and told her I'd call her within the hour. By the time I called her she had already gone to look at both residences and was notably excited to get us into our new home. She helped us make an offer on both houses Sunday evening, and by 8am the next morning both offers were accepted! We decided to pursue moving forward with the home we loved most out of the two. Lauren made the process easy & smooth. I had so much anxiety in the months leading up to this moment and I had been so frustrated by the process but she made all that anxiety and frustration go away. She was on top of everything! She scheduled our inspection, she contacted a local chimney sweep to investigate further repair work after the inspection. She even looked up pool companies for us when we found out the pool/spa heater didn't work! She has excellent communication skills and really gives you her all! My only regret is not working with Lauren sooner. I think had we have worked with her from the beginning we would have been in a home sooner. However, things happen for a reason and whatever reason it was she came at a time I needed her most and she helped us to buy our first home. If you are looking for a realtor with passion, enthusiasm, a real go-getter and hard worker, than look no farther than Lauren. She's very genuine & her heart is extremely big!
